Use this LibGuide to assist with your historical research into the life and time of Jesus. 

1. Be sure you are prepared: (A) Be sure you know how to access LibGuides; (B) be sure you have any handouts and information from your teacher regarding this project; and (C) be sure you have saved a copy of the Padua Library Database Usernames & Passwords that was gmailed to you by Mrs. Frech (the Librarian). You need this information particularly when trying to use the databases from home.
2. Be sure you are familiar with the tabs created to guide you with this project, which will help you get started with suggestions for databases and websites where you can begin your research as well as providing you with helpful general resources if needed.

REMEMBER...You can access all available LibGuides (which you can find under "Subject" categories), the Padua Databases, and the Padua Library Catalog at school and at home. If you are accessing LibGuides from home, just make sure you have what you need to make that happen:

• Make sure you know how to get to the LibGuides. You can get to the LibGuides by doing any of the following : (1) Go directly to the site at http://libguides.paduafranciscan.com  OR (2) search for "Padua LibGuides" in your search engine OR (3) go to paduafranciscan.com > Academics > Library (and then select the "LibGuides" icon).

Remember...when you enter this address, you will be guided to the Welcome/Home Page for LibGuides. You then need to look for the particular Guide that you need, which will be listed under the Subjects box. Once you find the Guide you want, select it.  Everything else is listed on the LibGuide for you.
