WHAT IS TEEN ANGST?

TEEN ANGST

Adolescent angst (commonly known as teen angst) is an acute feeling of anxiety or apprehension that is often accompanied by depression.  It is a frustrating, painful, and occasionally frightening dilemma for teens and parents/guardians/adults alike. However, parents/guardians/adults can learn to differentiate between normal teen mood swings and potentially dangerous disorders.
