WHAT IS CANVA & WHAT CAN IT DO?
Canva is a free online graphic design tool that provides templates that can be used to create many types of projects: presentations, slides, posters, scrapbook pages, infographics, brochures, flyers, videos, business cards, logos, QR codes, and more!! Canva also provides some quality editing tools for photos and videos.
PADUA CANVA EDUCATION ACCOUNT:
Padua has a CANVA Education Account, which will give students access to most premium features. Use your Google username & password to access your school account.
CANVA HELP:
Canva is a favorite with our students, but it takes some patience when learning how to navigate the many features (plus, there are different options for different types of products/presentations, so everyone needs something different). There are many options for creating in Canva (slides, logos, brochures, posters, advertisements, newspapers, etc.). One template that many of our students like for projects like the Me Book is the Scrapbook option. If you'd like to explore that, simply hit + Create > and search Scrapbook (see image below):
